"M-U Hardwood Flooring" will be referred to as "we" throughout in the below
terms and conditions.
Payment Information
Credit / Debit Card
This is the easiest way to pay is using a credit or debit card, this can be debited immediately and we can arrange delivery
within a couple of days providing stock is available.
Cheque
You may also pay by cheque, this can take 7 business days to clear, once cleared, stock can be dispatched, or special
orders can be processed.
Deposit
You can put a 30% deposit down on your order. We will then hold any product and price given at the time, for a period of
up to 1 month. A deposit in law is deemed to be a binding contract and non-refundable whether a stocked item or special
order. The remainder of money due must be paid when a delivery date is arranged or special orders are ordered.
Delivery
We offer delivery service to GTA areas.
Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately
on deliver as no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after our driver has left the delivery address, unless
signed for as damaged on delivery. Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur
the return delivery charge where applicable. In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged we will collect and
replace the product. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise
against booking trades for installations until goods have been received.
Returns & Cancellations
We will accept unopened products with the original packaging within 14 days from the day after delivery. You will need to
return the goods back to us, please note the initial delivery cost will need to be covered by you. For any whole orders
returned, there will be a re-stocking charge of 30%.
There is no return for following: special ordered products; items on bought on sale or special offer; clearance items; box
opened products; installed products.
We can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
Check that the boards are flawless before laying them. No accepting any claims for damaged, faulty or miss-described
items once the flooring has been installed. Where the buy has used or installed the goods such use or installation shall
be taken as conclusive evidence that the buyer has accepted that the goods are in perfect condition. You must accept
full responsibility for the suitability of the goods ordered for the purpose to which they are put.
In the case of a verbal order we will always read back your order at the time, and your agreement will form a contract.
All credits will be processed within 14 days. |
